One of the best things about being a creative business owner in such a vibrant city like Charlotte and the surrounding area is getting the chance to work with other amazingly creative people. I recently did a few collaboration projects with some local entrepreneurs and these team shoots will blow your mind! 

I collaborated with Marisa, from Shop Jade Skye, at an equestrian farm called Midnight’s Promise. It was simply magical. Marisa owns a fun, hip, boutique in Noda and it’s been one of the best stores that Charlotte has ever seen. With her boutique shop right by our studio, working with her any chance I can get is such an honor. 

The shoot at Midnight’s Promise equestrian farm was right out of a fairy tale. We had horses, amazing outfit styling by Marisa and also worked with my partner and amazing makeup artist, Alyssa, as well as Jessie our hairstylist. This dream team took the idea and ran with it and these images look like they’re straight out of Vogue. 

I couldn’t have done this myself and without the connection with these beautiful women, I wouldn’t have such a perfect opportunity to try new styles, confront photographic challenges, and just grow as a person and young woman business owner. Photos at sunset, majestic horses, amazing models, and all four of us got to share and improve our own art forms together. It was an electric evening and I hope to shoot with these ladies again soon.
