In another amazing collaboration shoot, I paired up with Shassity Stevenson, a local Charlotte hairstylist who specializes in curly hair! 

Shassity was launching her new campaign called Curly Littles. This campaign is focused on informing moms and parents on how to properly care for their child’s curly, textured hair. She’s a hair wizard and a complete genius when it comes to the science of hair and what’s best for beautiful, and sometimes untameable, curly hair! 

The shoot was a play on a wedding theme but with some of the most adorable kids ever! We had two little girls and two little boys showcasing their super cute tiny wedding outfits and perfect little hairstyles with fun accessories. She was so fun to work with and did so well with the kids, too. She’s such a professional and it was an honor to collaborate with her and see her in action doing what she does best. 

We shot in a rustic area of town and it was so perfectly contrasted with the kids’ whimsical outfits and style. The area was a grungy and urban vibe and these adorable kids with amazing hairstyles stood out perfectly with their sass and romantic touch. 

I can’t wait to do another collaboration with Shassity. It’s so much fun to see other professionals in their element and learn from them. I am honored each time I get the chance to work with other extremely talented people in our area.
